The MADRID Tank Top

The Madrid tank top is knitted from the top down with circular needles. The neckline is first knitted in the round, then the front and back are knitted separately flat. Finally, the front and back of the tank top are joined to knit the bottom of the tank top in the round. Stitches are cast on simply using the "continental cast-on" technique and bound off simply with the basic method. The Madrid tank top is simple and quick to knit. It is made of linen and cotton, making it a perfect tank top for summer.

Needles

3 mm circular needles, 40 and 60 cm long. An extra needle or a piece of yarn to hold stitches.

Yarn

250 (300) 350g of ALLINO (50% linen and 50% cotton) by BC Garn, color 04.

Gauge

22 sts x 28 rows in stockinette stitch with 3 mm needles. (10 x 10 cm)
