The MALO beanie

The MALO BEANIE is knitted bottom-up in stockinette stitch, with 3 black stripes. The decreases at the top of the beanie form a decorative twist. It is soft and light, making it a perfect beanie for spring.

Size

It measures 25 cm wide and 22 cm high. It is knitted for a head circumference between 54 and 58 cm.

Needles

4 mm circular needles, 40 cm long (for the brim and body of the beanie).

4 mm circular needles, 80 cm long with the magic loop technique, or double-pointed needles if you prefer (for the top of the beanie).

Yarn

Color A, main color: 50 g of fine merino wool from Majo Garn in Ivory and 25 g of pearl mohair from Majo Garn in Ivory

Color B, for stripes: 5 g of fine merino wool from Majo Garn in Black, 5 g of pearl mohair from Majo Garn in Black

Gauge

22 stitches x 28 rows in stockinette stitch with 4 mm needles. (10 x 10 cm)
