1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of knitting patterns offered by Tricote & Chill.

2. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively online. Each order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

3. Prices

The prices of our patterns are indicated in EUR, all fees included. Tricote & Chill reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Delivery

Knitting patterns are delivered exclusively electronically (PDF file) to the email address provided by the customer when ordering.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital files supplied on a non-material medium whose execution has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and waiver of their right of withdrawal.

7. Use of patterns

The knitting patterns sold are for personal use only. Any reproduction, resale, or distribution of the patterns is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability

Tricote & Chill cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the concluded contract in the event of stockout or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications.

9. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these GTC is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
